I’ve been considering the available options and have decided to launch the “Podcast-Monetizer” program as both an electronic book and as a membership based service:

Podcast-Monetizer Foundation Document
The first part of the package will be the foundation document which gives a high level overview of setting up and operating a premium podcasting service. This will cover the various mechanisms and tools that I use in setting up and operating ScreenCastsOnline. More importantly, how I’ve integrated the separate tools to create an automated system.

The Podcast-Monetizer foundation document will be in downloadable PDF format with links to all the products described in the document.

The document also contains information on the marketing techniques I have used to promote ScreenCastsOnline and describes the various ways I’ve been able to generate multiple revenue streams based on different initiatives. This information will enable you to start formulating your particular strategy on how you might monetise your podcast, in advance of the more detailed information being made available.

The second part of the program is access to a special members only website which will act as the central repository for additional documentation and give you access to other premium content. Membership will also include access to supplementary material published every two weeks. The supplementary material will be more detailed updates describing all the products covered in the foundation document including installation, configuration and day to day operation of tools and services. Uniquely, the regular updates will be in the form of both written documentation but more importantly screencasts, which will walk you through the various stages of the
processes required to get your premium podcast up and running.
